Tracy Springman
Pilates Instructor
Tracy is currently pursuing her comprehensive Balanced Body Pilates certification, having trained under second-generation Master Trainer Patricia Welter. Her passion for Pilates began in early 2024, shortly after leaving a career in technical support. What drew her in was Pilates’ unique ability to connect mind, body, and breath to create more efficient, intentional movement. As she built strength and flexibility, Tracy found not only a sense of personal accomplishment but also a welcoming, like-minded community within the studio.
As an instructor, Tracy aims to create an energizing, supportive environment where others can experience the benefits of Pilates through meaningful movement, genuine connection, and plenty of fun—because laughing is good for the abs.
