What We Offer
Tree of Life Pilates offers a cohesive system of classes designed to support strength, stability, flexibility, cardiorespiratory health and recovery. Rather than isolated workouts, our classes are intentionally structured to complement one another—allowing clients to build their bodies like a well constructed infrastructure. One that lasts and can stand the test of time!
Clients may choose from Pilates equipment-based training, mat-based formats, non-traditional cross-training, and therapeutic recovery classes, all guided by experienced instructors and grounded in Pilates principles.

Small Group Training
Suite 1 + Suite 2 | 10 participants max
Tree of Life Pilates’ signature training in a small group of up to 10 participants with emphasis on personalized instruction and intelligent programming.
SUITE 1
Traditional Pilates Programming on Traditional Pilates Equipment. These small group sessions are your FOUNDATION for learning proper form and anatomical Pilates based principles.
SUITE 2
Pilates Programming on Non-Traditional Pilates Equipment. These small group sessions are your NEXT STEP for developing larger muscle groups for a more well rounded workout.
Private Training
Suite 3 | One-on-One Instruction
The one-on-one Tree of Life Pilates Experience. Offers one-on-one Pilates instruction tailored to your individual needs and goals. These sessions provide the highest level of attention and customization supporting rehabilitation, progression and a refined practice.
Studio Mat Classes
Suite 2 | Heated & Non-heated | 20 participants Max
A Tree of Life Pilates Mat experience formatted for a larger group setting. These mat-based classes complement the equipment-based work of the Pilates Small Group training. They provide intentional cross-training benefits while reinforcing dynamic studio synergy.
