Pilates Interval Training

Level 2 - 3 | Heated & Non-Heated

This class incorporates Pilates mat exercises, light dumbbells, and functional conditioning sequences in order to elevate the heart rate while maintaining core engagement, alignment and control. Offered in both Heated and Non Heated formats, P.I.T. provides a well rounded conditioning experience to boost your traditional Pilates practice.

Pilates Fusion with Props

Level 1 & 2 | Heated and Non-Heated

Is a dynamic mat-based class combining pilates core exercises with prop-assisted stretching and conditioning. Designed to be rigorous but without impact, this class builds strength, coordination and endurance through continuous flowing sequences, at times sustaining and elevating heart rate. Heated and Non-Heated options allow clients to choose an environment that best supports their needs and preference.

Warm Restorative Mat Pilates

Level 1 - 2 | Warm

Is a therapeutically warm mat-based Pilates class emphasizing gentle core activation, breath regulation and muscular rebalancing. Designed to reduce physical and mental stress through various release techniques using foam roller, Thera-bands and trigger balls. This class incorporates pilates props for stretching, relaxation and meditation. Designed to support recovery and restore balance.
