Small Group Training Sessions
Suite 1
Small Group training on Traditional Pilates Apparatus and thoughtfully selected props with programming focus on traditional Pilates exercises. Each student benefits from the combined use of a Pilates’ Reformer, Tower, Arc Barrel, Jumpboard and Chair apparatus. Suite 1 has a unique Studio design -including two 75-inch integrated display screens- which support focused attention and visual education emphasizing proper form and learned anatomy for an overall enhanced Client experience.

Focuses on Pilates-based principles, alignment, and movement awareness in a supportive, instructional format – utilizing traditional Pilates equipment. With a slower pace and clear guidance, this class helps clients build confidence, refine technique, and establish a strong foundation for lifelong core strength, balance and good posture.
Reformer

The reformer apparatus is an integral component of the Joseph Pilates system of exercise. Students will find reformer training to be the most essential tool for progressing their Pilates practice. Tree of Life combines both classical and contemporary style exercises for a unique whole person and mind-body approach.

Rediscover the restorative power of the Pilates tower. An essential part of Joseph Pilates’ original method, the tower was designed to improve spinal alignment, restore muscle balance, increase mobility, and support healthy movement through spring-assisted exercise. This therapeutic-style class combines mindful movement, guided stretching, and controlled breathing to help reduce physical tension, improve body awareness, and reinforce efficient movement patterns.
Jump Pilates

Is a low-impact, reformer-based class focused on Cardio-Respiratory Training (CRT) through controlled, Pilates functional movements. Using the Pilates “Jump Board” this class elevates the heart and lung capacity while maintaining joint support and core integration. Cardio-Respiratory Training is well recognized for supporting the release of endorphins, helping to release stress, improve mood and enhance overall mental and physical well being.
Stretch & Reset

Is an active, therapeutic-style Pilates class designed to restore muscle balance, improve posture and enhance mind-body awareness through core activation, guided stretching and controlled breathing. The low-light, relaxed environment creates a restorative component to help reduce both mental and physical tension. It serves as an intelligent reset in the Tree of Life curriculum as a counter balance to the more challenging and strength based workouts.
Suite 2
Small Group Training on Non-Traditional Pilates equipment, including Spring Board, TRX, Stability Ball, Dumbell, Foam Roller and Trigger Ball training. Each student benefits from the Foundation of Pilates-based principles while adding in the necessary cross training benefit of mat and strength based programming. Students are taught how to move functionally as it relates to proper Core Training.
Strength Essentials

Is a non traditional Pilates, strength based class focusing on the Pilates principles of alignment, core engagement, breathing, and body awareness as they apply to TRX, dumbbells, mat work, and functional strength training. Designed for those who prefer a slower, more supportive pace, this class emphasizes proper technique, movement quality, and confidence while building strength for everyday life.
Pilates Strength w/TRX

Is a non-traditional Pilates based strength class designed to build integration through large muscle group training while enhancing dynamic stability. Using the TRX Suspension for weight bearing resistance and the stability ball to challenge control and coordination, this class moves beyond the Pilates equipment to create a more demanding full body and functional experience.
Pilates Strength w/Weights

Is a mat-based weight-bearing strength class that blends traditional Pilates principles with progressive resistance training using heavier dumbbells. This class emphasizes full-body strength while maintaining core activation, balance and coordination. By integrating external load with controlled Pilates movement, Pilates Strength creates a dynamic training experience that supports bone health, muscular development and functional strength

The Pilates chair and springboard are two distinctly different apparatus that complement each other beautifully. Combining the chair’s dynamic strength and stability challenges with the springboard’s spring-assisted resistance creates a balanced, functional workout that develops strength, coordination, posture, and control. Ideal for clients ready to expand their Pilates practice with greater variety and precision.

Centered around the Pilates springboard, this class combines spring resistance with mat-based movement to build functional strength, stability, coordination, and balance. Additional Pilates props, including the arc barrel and boxes, are incorporated to enhance movement variety and support proper alignment.
